Glenn Colombo moved from Santa Cruz to Redding mid 1980's, sold a automotive vinyl stripping busness to finance "Dale and Colombo Financial Planners Inc". Basicly Glenn was a chump who got taken in by a truly devious decitful shyster. Although Glenn was right in there when the dastardly deeds were done. Glenn was prideful on his supposed ability to bull shit his way through life. He was a terror to the to the flock in position of elder. He lost his money invested in Ray Dale and I am sure he had to sign legal documents stating he had no issues with Ray Dale before Ray would let him out of partnership. Went back to Santa Cruz. I saw on TV that his son was a surfing champion, heard he was disfellowshiped and daughter was also out following the surfing crowd.

Last thing I heard was when one of my sons was in Mexico he ran into Glenn and Barbara.

Glenn enjoyed the feel of power as he was the trumpet section for Ray Dale as Dale had all the main positions of influence and power. Ray Dale bought his positions, 'simony', the main seller of positions of power was circuit overseer Billy Ford [who came to his end when his little fat assed son in law of whom Billy Ford convinced the church to make a circuit overseer got caught poking fun at the sisterhood as he made his rounds through the circuit].

I think I heard Glenn's mother got stung to trying to bail out her baby boy from the clutches of Ray Dale, though not real sure.

nonjwspouse YES. homosexual, Thrown out of church somewhere in San Diego area in March 2004 the church said he and wife Carol "left on their own volition with a bad attitude" a pure deception. Shasta County Superior Court case #149893 dated Oct.2003 - March 2004 Ray was swindling a widow out of a deed of trust on a house, when case finished they threw them out. Carol was a good person just married to wicked and evil swindler, she came through Redding a few years ago after divorcing Ray seems he was a real ---- sucker. Court case #149893 was kept secret because of my holding the WBTS feet to the fire that their traveling men sold Ray positions of authority and took bribes protecting him from being held accountable of swindling my mother in law. I hired a privite investigator who uncovered court case #149893 in 2007. My wife left the marriage vows in May 2004 two months after case #149893 was concluded, because I was a threat to her spirituality. So the church was hiding the case because of how I was using Lev.5:1. At the Appeals hearing of my disfellowshipment the head Judge let the cat partially out of the bag as to case #149893, although it was not until I hired the privite investigator I was able to comprehend the lengths the church was willing to cover up the Lev.5:1 connection to the $4.250M unregistered securties swindle.

I understand Ray started his swindling in the early 1980's connected somehow with a multi-level marketing scheme in San Diego. When ever he got in trouble he would tuck his tail between his legs and run out of town. Hence that is over 20+ years swindling the elderly with in the WBTS church.

I am one of those Viet Nam War felons who had to refuse community service in lieu of military induction per direct instructions of WBTS. My mother was from a old time JW family in the Calif. Bay Area the "Garigs". I first started opening eyes after going through the 1975 fiasco then wondering why they were building Wallkill when Armagedddon was just arround the corner. Had some problem with the "spiritual paradise" campaign following the great Bethel apostate witch hunt. Listened VERY VERY careful to Fred Franz early 1980's in Reno Nev. realized he said absolutly nothing, just a lot of heavy emphasizes. In 1984 I read in Wt that we were going to be preaching to the "sons and daughters of those sighing and groaning" of Ezk ch 9, that was when I suspected there was a problem with Matt.24:34. Had problem with "types and antitypes", like the 'spiritual paradise' campaign could not get mind around the main purpose of God writing the Bible solely for WBTS of our day.

Shortly there after, there moved to Redding Calif. two swindlers Raymond C. Dale out of the San Diego area and Glenn Colombo out of the Santa Cruz area. They set up a financial planning firm "Dale and Colombo Financial Planners Inc" and proceeded to screw everybody they could. Their main problem was a $4.250M unregistered securties fraud that went to trial Shasta County Superior Court case #109555. Ray Dale had a 20+ year career swindling the elderly in the JW church. He was a expert corruptor, he was well veresed in the sin of 'simony' the purchasing church positions for money, he was a expert of greasing the palms of the traveling men with bribes Isa.1:23.

In the "Human Apostate" talk of the summer 2013 conventions there was brief mention of "apostate starting to write letters to the loyal ones" that was me. Not rocket science, since there is a strict control of conversing with apostates is forbidden, letters get through the church wall of silence and get into the hands of the internal grape vine. As it is forbidden to read apostate writings any reading the material will keep quite hence elders have no idea who gets letters. As Ray Dale was the subject there were readers to spread the information through the internal grape vine. I started writing letters in 1990 to Service Dept as to Dale's frauds. Barbara Anderson was able to explain how things got so screwed up as to the Service Dept being unable and unwilling to investigate the accusations of fraud. She said the answer was in who sat on the Service Dept Northern Calif. desk, a Merton Campbell. Suggested Googling Merton Campbell and come up with how he was the one who screwed up the molester 25 miles down the road in Red Bluff, James Henderson. So mystery solved as to why the Service Dept. would have Ray Dale the 'fox' investigate why there were dead chickens in the hen house.

Barbara asked if I was the man in Northern Calif of whom when she was in Bethel had the reputation of writing the most offensive letters of anyone in the USA, bingo, that was me. Somehow they took offensive when I said I was going to shove Ray Dale up the ass of the Governing Body so hard and far that they were going to have a fowl taste in their mouths. I did two posts on this site dealing with the subject matter of my letter writing "Lev.5;1 connections to Mystery Letters of Human Apostate" talk and inquiry of "Floyd Kite and San Diego Swindle" .

I was made aware of this site a few years ago by a former poster who went back into church for family sake but continued to work from the inside. For about 3 years I use JWN as a tool to know what is going on inside the church for marterial for my letter writing.

I have paid a heavy price; cut off from 5 sons and 4 daughters in laws,just learned I have 10 grandchildren I don't know all their names nor would I recgonize any of them with out their fathers. Past 11 years $400.000 alimony, plus the hidden costs of mistakes being made as self employed mechanic. The only good thing has been free of a wife who's elevator never went past the third floor. I believe the mental chess game I have been playing with the WBTS over Lev.5:1 has the ability to put the Governing Body in a humilating position to where I get back the family.

Types and Antitypes when I studied those subjects that was Fred Franz talking. When we were bombarded with the "spiritual paradise" lessons at the time when they had the great apostate hunt with the Spanish translators that was Fred Franz talking. That 'spiritual paradise' was part of what of what woke me up as how was it that the WBTS was so important that everything written centuries ago was written especially for the WBTS during the last days. To change position on types and antitypes is to challenge the WBTS "Oracle" Fred Franz. To challenge Fred Franz is to call into question everything we were ever taught about Bible prophecy concerning events that were going to happen to usher in Armageddon. For the faithful to realize that the attack of the UN on Gods people is not going to happpen in their life time is going to make these demands on contributions for rapid expansion of buildings a hard pill to swallow. I think the church is diging itself a hole making this change at this time.

the housing market shows this mess happening right before our very eyes, think about the rental markets, their really tight because people don't have money to buy houses and they don't have the down-payment.

many have fear their investment won't grow like they did prior to the 2008 meltdown years, their lack of conviction is driving rental prices higher.

Phil I am a new poster here how do I access those posts? In the 2013 summer convention talk about "Human Apostates" there was mention that "apostates are now writing letters to the faithful" of which there was about three folks on this site wondering who or what those letters were about. Well those letters centered around Ray Dale, his skill at corrupting circuit and district overseers through 'simony' purchasing spiritual positions of influence and paying bribes to escape judicial accountability Isa.1:23. The letters contained a scripture Leviticus5:1 that is the biggest story of the RNWT yet to come out, of which Barbara Anderson has made a research project [problem being she is jammed for time]. That paper is in the works and will get done but does not have the priority with current molestation issues.

I have been writting letters since 1990 to the WBTS Service Dept centering around Ray Dale's frauds in Redding Calif. Barbara Anderson asked me if perchance I was the man in Northern Calif. she remembers when she was in Bethel who had the reputation of writing the most offensive letters of anyone in the USA, to which I said that was me. Somehow they took offensive when I told the Governing Body that I was going to shove Ray Dale up the Governing Bodies ass so far and hard that they were to for ever have a foul taste in their mouth. It has taken over 25 years but I am getting close to doing that. I did a post on this site a few weeks ago " Lev.5:1 relationship to "Mystery Letters of Human Apostate" talk of which fell flat as to garnering interest. The thinking is all outside of the box, it took several weeks to get the lights to come on in Barbara's brain but when she gets her paper published it will be one of those "oh I see" moments but until then her magic word to me is "patience, patience, patience.

Ray Dale is going to be a very big problem for the church when Barbara gets her project completed. Anything you would have on Ray Dale's frauds would be of great importance to what is currently going on in Redding Ca... I can understand the pain your friends have gone through, Ray's corruption cost me everything; wife, 5 sons, daughters-in-laws, just learned there are 10 grandchildren, $450, 000 alinony, etc, etc. But with the power of Lev.5:1 I should be able to get that all back minus the wife. What I have is the paper trail that connects the frauds of Ray Dale to the church. Ray's last fraud was Shasta County Superior Court case #149893 where he was swindling a widow out of a deed of trust on a house in Redding Ca. that case had the date of Oct.2003 - March 2004 of which the church unceremoniously threw Ray and Carol out of the church stating they left on their own volition with a bad attitude, from what I was told. Carol came through Redding on a visit a few years ago telling folks she left Ray because he was a homosexual. That court case #149893 was kept a secret because of my efforts to make the WBTS responsible for selling Ray the Word of God Isa.1:23. My wife left me because I was a threat to her spirituality in May of 2004 two months after the close of case #149893. I had to hire a privite investigator in 2007 to uncover that hidden court case, of which I used it to kill a elder [heart attack] with the power of Lev.5:1.

As a apostate I rank right up at the top with you folks on this site, for the reason that those letters mentioned in the "human Apostate" talk penetrate the WBTS 'wall of silence' and make it into the church's internal grape vine. Not rocket science, Ray Dale was a wicked and evil man, when he moved to Redding he brought his cronies with him, they became the 'wolf pack' talked about in Acts 20:29,30 and some of those cronies exist today and they operate in a very opressive, harsh manner lording it over the flock. So the Redding area JW church grape vine reads the forbidden letters to keep up on the drama surrounding Ray Dale, realise no one is supposed to read apostate letters, hence no one fess up, so elders don't know who gets them and the letters have there impact. Those letters are up front in the WBTS face challenge as to who can out mind fuck the Redding area JW church the service dept or the apostate "Rabshakeh"! So yes my work has had a big impact as measured by how hard the screws of absolute silence toward apostates has been applied to my family in that there has been zero contact outside of a couple of necessary family issues. So I hope you can see that because of who Ray Dale was that the current events in Redding Ca. make Ray a very hot issue for the church.

So any information you could supply on Ray Dale will have a huge impact on the WBTS in Redding in the very near future.

I understand there was a financial scam involving a multi level marketing scheme that ensnared some former circuit and district overseers. I have no idea whether or not F. Kite was involved. Does anyone remember this scandal? In particular does anyone know a Raymond C. Dale who I believe was a bit player and when the house cleaning was done skipped town to escape disfellowshipment. Ray masterminded a $4.250M unregistered securties fraud in Redding Calif. during the mid 1980's of which there is a story submitted to Watchtower Documents. That story is sitting on a shelf waiting its turn untill Barbara gets some spare time. Ray Dale had a 20+ year history of swindling widows and seniors with in the JW church. He finally met his end trying to defraud a widow out of a deed of trust in Redding in 2003.

Floyd Kite That is going back in time. I rembember "Kite's Quake", he had them peeing in their pants Ezk.21:7 out of fear. He had a term of "fresh flesh" for adultry. But what I rembember most was having him as Circuit Overseer during the early 1970's and his ability to sell the 1975 fiasco. Kite could sell, he had a big impact on people selling off on lifes everyday things to pioneer.
